1. Introduction

Welcome to DocMGMT.ai ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our website located at docmgmt.ai and our software-as-a-service platform (together, the "Service") operated by DocMGMT.ai.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

4. Fee Changes

DocMGMT.ai, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DocMGMT.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DocMGMT.ai.

6. User Data and Content

You retain all rights to any data, content, or materials you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

10. Governing Law
